When you sign in and interact with our application, we collect the following minimal user information:
- Work Email Address: Used to check you against an internal allow-list managed by your administrator, and to attribute the projects you create.
- Application Usage Data: Project configurations, email templates, banner customization properties, and creation/edition timestamps.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the information above strictly for the following purposes:
- User Authentication: To verify that your email address is on the authorized allow-list before granting access to the application suite. If it is not, access is denied and you are directed to contact your administrator.
- Project Attribution: To stamp your creator identity (name derived from your email, and email address) on email templates and banner projects you create within the platform.
- Personalized Workspace: To allow you to filter, pin, search, and manage your personal projects in your profile dashboard.
- Shared Project Sync: To read, write, and save shared project data in a private, access-controlled datastore used exclusively by this application.
Note on Access Control: This application no longer integrates with any third-party identity or file-storage provider. Sign-in is a simple internal allow-list check against your work email, and all project data is stored in a private datastore accessible only to this application.
3. Data Sharing and Transfer
We respect your privacy above all else. We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your Google user data to any third parties.
All project data remains strictly within your enterprise account scope and is stored locally in your browser cache or safely synchronized through Google Drive API endpoints.
4. Data Security
We implement strict security measures to safeguard your information:
- All network communication between your browser and Google Drive or backend API endpoints is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS).
- Authentication sessions are managed securely via httpOnly, signed cookies that cannot be read or tampered with by frontend scripts.
- Access is granted only after your email is confirmed against the internal allow-list on every request.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
You retain full control over your data within the application:
- Project Deletion: Deleting a project from the application interface records a tombstone ID and permanently removes it from your active storage and Google Drive project file.
- Session Termination: Clicking "Sign out" in the application menu immediately revokes active session cookies and clears local cache identifiers.
